EUROMASC is a consultancy firm with experience and competence from extensive cooperation with national and international organisations. Implementation of Learning Outcome-based instruments for describing and defining qualifications and competences will be at the core of the contributions to a successful project. In BeWell, the involvement of EUROMASC is a combination of Knowledge Management and Learning Management, with structuring of qualification matrices in knowledge, skills and competences. Blueprint Alliance for a Future Health Workforce Strategy on Digital And Green Skills: BeWell project kicked-off

24 partners from 11 European countries, led by the European Health Management Association (EHMA), form a consortium under the acronym BeWell. This consortium is committed to developing a strategy, in partnership with a wide range of healthcare stakeholders, on upskilling and reskilling of the European health workforce.
