Europe takes a leap: launch of the Digital and Green Skills Strategy for the health and care workforce

BeWell project is a multi-stakeholder movement, created by and with the health and care workforce, to develop digital and green skills intelligence for a strategy focused on the upskilling and reskilling of the European health and care workforce. The European Year of Skills 2023 puts skills centre-stage. Helping people get the right skills for quality jobs and helping companies, in particular small and medium enterprises, address skills shortages in the EU is what this Year is all about. How? European health multi-stakeholder partnership on skills gaps and emerging occupations launched!

The BeWell project launched the European health multi-stakeholder partnership on skills gaps and emerging occupations, on Tuesday 13 December, through an online event. Co-creating the strategy for reskilling and upskilling health workforce

“Qualification matrix and certification” in the BeWell project

EUROMASC is a consultancy firm with experience and competence from extensive cooperation with national and international organisations. Blueprint Alliance for a Future Health Workforce Strategy on Digital And Green Skills: BeWell project kicked-off

24 partners from 11 European countries, led by the European Health Management Association (EHMA), form a consortium under the acronym BeWell. This consortium is committed to developing a strategy, in partnership with a wide range of healthcare stakeholders, on upskilling and reskilling of the European health workforce.
