The NHS made a commitment to become the world’s first healthcare service to achieve carbon net zero. As part of this effort, general practice plays a crucial role in reducing the environmental impact of healthcare delivery. This course, Understanding non-clinical carbon and general practice, is designed to assist healthcare professionals in identifying areas with high carbon emissions and determining the necessary actions to reduce non-clinical carbon emissions. By participating in this course, healthcare practitioners can contribute to the NHS’s overall goal of achieving carbon neutrality.
