Medical University – Varna (MUV) was established in 1960 and is a modern teaching and scientific center with more than 1400 highly qualified lecturers, researchers and professionals and over 6000 students from 48 countries. The MUV diplomas are recognized in all EU member countries. The university offers an academic and creative environment for education, research and professional development together with a modern infrastructure in the Faculties of Medicine, Dental Medicine, Pharmacy, Public Health and the University Hospitals.
MUV works in multi-disciplinary teams and scientific groups with experience in the implementation of over 80 national and international projects, which build capacity and increase the quality of educational, research and social activities.
In the BeWell project MUV is engaged with WP 5 and WP 6 focused on the design of new curricula and training programme in the field of upskilling in health management and piloting delivery and validation of training programmes and end-user performance.
