EHMA plays a crucial role in engaging with the full ecosystem of European health management systems. EHMA is a highly accessible and well-established place where people can debate and engage in issues that affect them, where they feel they can advocate for change, and find solutions. Through our members and networks, we reach local, regional, national, and international levels.
EHMA is the coordinator of BeWell and leads on developing the skills strategy to modernise the health workforce, overcome skills shortages and outline reskilling and upskilling programmes to equip the health workforce with necessary skills set and skill-mix within the content of green and digital transition.
