This Introduction to Sustainable Healthcare foundation course provides a comprehensive understanding of how health, the healthcare sector, and the climate and ecological challenges are interconnected. It explores how the health system is susceptible to and also contributes to climate change and ecological decline. The course delves into the concept of a sustainable health system, examining its characteristics and potential advantages. Additionally, it explores the ways in which healthcare professionals can take on leadership roles in delivering healthcare that is accessible to all while respecting the limits of our planet.
