The aim of the course is to provide a broad view of digital health issues and accidental evolutions, while ensuring a concrete approach by sharing experiences and results of digital applications in the real clinical care context, to transfer knowledge, awareness and leadership of digital transformation in the health field to the participants. It is also the aim of the course to provide the opportunity to master key concepts regarding global trends, European reforms, PNRR national investments, the new roles of organizations and professionals, the opportunities for the development of digital health in Italy and on the international stage, references for the implementation of processes and the practical use of digital tools and advanced telemedicine. Finally, the course allows students to learn the basics of decision-making, body language, verbal and nonverbal communication in clinical practice, supported by digital tools and remote diagnostic techniques (semeiotics) in advanced telemedicine. Our philosophy is that of human digital health, that is, spreading knowledge about digital health by promoting its informed and responsible use for a better and more humane healthcare experience.
