Central Denmark Region plays a central role in training and upskilling the healthcare workforce in Denmark. The region leads strategic efforts to ensure high-quality health, psychiatry, and social services, investing in continuous education for new and existing staff. Through initiatives like Human First, a collaboration with Aarhus University, VIA University College, and several municipalities, the region drives forward the development of future-ready healthcare professionals and contributes to research and European cooperation on health workforce innovation.
Generation Europe, part of the global nonprofit Generation, brings extensive experience in delivering job-focused training programs that prepare individuals for meaningful careers, including in the healthcare sector. Operating across five European countries, Generation Europe runs hands-on, employer-informed bootcamps that equip learners with the technical and soft skills needed to thrive in healthcare roles, while promoting inclusive access to stable and rewarding employment.
