SUMMARY:Beyond 2024: discussing the future of EU health policy and innovation from the regional and local perspective
DESCRIPTION:The conference will put the spotlight on the future of health at European level in view of the EU elections in 2024 and the new EU mandate\, from the point of view of regional and local health authorities. \n\n\n\nThe event will start with a Keynote and the presentation of the EUREGHA Regional and Local Health Authorities Manifesto for the future of health at the European level in the new mandate\, followed by a related panel discussion. SUMMARY:Launch event: The European health multistakeholder partnership on skills gaps and emerging occupations
DESCRIPTION:On 13th December 2022 (10:00 – 11:00 CET)\, the BeWell consortium hosted the launch event of the Pact for Skills large-scale partnership for the health ecosystem. This one-hour online event focused on the importance of building a European-wide multistakeholder partnership to jointly work on skills gaps and emerging occupations in health\, shaping a European health workforce able to engage with the digital and green transformation of the sector. \nThe webinar was opened by a keynote speech from Sandra Gallina\, Director General\, DG Sante\, presenting the European Commission Pact for Skills initiative. Following DG Gallina’s keynote\, the BeWell consortium presented the first version of the large-scale partnership manifesto\, outlining the ambition and objectives of the partnership. \nThe event then featured a panel debate involving high-level experts representing social partners\, healthcare professionals\, health managers and policymakers\, followed by a Q&A discussion. \nWatch the webinar’s recording: \n\n
